Power Controls
The A1P and A3P Phase angle proportional controls. No temperature or power cycling. Fast response – 1/2 of power line cycle. Increase heater life up to 7x. Unique mono-couple design assures phase tracking for life (A1P). No phase restrictions and independent zero and span adjustments for each phase (A3P). Optional voltage and current limit.
Mountings
The team at Quartz Tubing have developed a variety of different wire end caps you can use for any of our heating elements. This adaptability allows us to manufacture elements you can easily slot right into the proper socket. Our terminal ends are available in a range of styles, including flat cap, tipped, and slotted long body to meet your specific needs.
Halogen Heaters
The infrared halogen heater lamps listed below all have a color temperature of 2500o K., a rated lifetime of 5000 hours, a C-8 filament type, and a diameter of 10 mm. Other characteristics are listed in the table below. Refer to the diagrams for the appearance of the lamps and the meaning of the dimensions listed in the table.
